About GGSN

Forged in Accra. Engineered for the planet.

GGSN DeCarbTech is an Africa-rooted, globally-minded industrial platform company. We exist to prove — at scale, on the record — that the heaviest industries on Earth can be net-zero, AI-native, and bankable.

Operating principles

Five commitments we will not compromise.

Verifiability over claims

Every tonne, every kilowatt-hour, every credit attested per-batch by ASIS — auditable to any third party.

African leadership

65% local procurement target, Ghanaian-trained engineering core, community royalty trust.

Long-duration capital

We will not optimise for short-cycle exits. Our capital stack reflects our timescale.

Open climate data

A public dashboard for civic accountability — not just investor relations.

AI as a coworker

ASIS augments operators. We measure success in safety, uptime, and operator wellbeing.

Circular by design

If it leaves the gate, it has a customer. Waste is a design failure, not an outcome.
